“HERITAGE GALA WEEKEND”

A Celebration of Aboriginal Heritage, Arts, and Culture

JASPER, ALBERTA – In conjunction with Alberta’s 100^th birthday, The Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre Jasper is proudly joined by The Heritage Community Foundation, The Jasper/Yellowhead Museum, The Buffalo Nations Museum, DTMInc and Parks Canada to bring you the First Annual “Heritage Gala Weekend” held at The Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre in majestic Jasper, on November 11 - 12 and 13, 2005.

We cordially invite you to join us for a celebration of Aboriginal Arts, Culture and Living. A rather impressive weekend program has been assembled which will feature Native painters, musicians, dancers, story tellers, a short theatre performance, an elegant black tie fund raising Gala Dinner and much more. The Saturday evening Gala Dinner will also include live and silent auctions, and showcase a traditional Salmon Potlatch brought to Jasper from the West Coast by Mr Richard Krentz.
